Card on file is required to book an appointment. After 15 mins past the appointment time and no contact is considered a same day cancellation/no show. Any no call/no shows or cancellations within 24 HOURS will be charged 50% of the service. No call/ no shows could result in loss of booking privileges. Other wise, to rebook in the future, a deposit will be required. Rescheduling requires 24 HOUR notice and can be done through your booking confirmation text link. Anything less than that will have to be done through me and may result in a cancellation fee. PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE IS CARD OR CASH PREFERED. PLEASE COME PREPARED. VENMO/CASH APP NO LONGER ACCEPTED. Same day appointments welcomed, but anything 3 hours or less than appointment time MUST be approved by me.
